“In my recent deck project i used Ventanas as my agent to source and install a vinyl double French door and they have provided me with the best customer service, which I have not seen for a long time.
I had the pleasure of working with Khalid, their director, who took the time to response to my many questions & requests promptly and making sure I am totally satisfied with the product and the quality of work from the door manufacturer & installer.

Like all projects, miscommunication happens when multiple levels of personnel were involved and no expectation in my case. During installation, my door installer did not bring enough material to install the inside trim of my door thinking it was not required and left my door half installed. Khalid stepped in swiftly and resolve the situation by offering me a rebate on my installation cost so the job can be completed without incur additional expense (they even pay for the delivery charge of my door).

I highly recommend this company not only because of their great customer service but also their abilities to resolve difficult situations without creating a drama, a litmus test for a company who genuinely put their customer’s interest first.”
